okay.. eddie has pretty good music taste. quite hip one. i think i'd let him be in charge of booking music.
but i think maybe 1 section for me to open my jazz bar.
jac can hire then bouncers. i think she has enough fire to keep them in line. plus she can keep us legal.

eh.. i would like to think that.. not only do i have good music taste(which i do), i also understand consumer taste in alchohol and have a wide understanding of knowledge of different types of spirits, wine, champagne, beer etc.. alchohol in general to make it work!!
Also.. i would like to say that.. with diff spirits to work with.. i can make good cocktails!!!
