The 'Big' Grad Day!

Finally the day every parents dream of...the day every kid going through never-ending exams, assignments, dead boring lectures and endless labs dream of...The day has finally arrived! Although to be honest I don't know what the big deal was about graduation day before yesterday but I finally realized how important that day was. It was a day our parents worked their asses off for..it was a day where a new chapter of your life is about to begin. And it was definitely a day to celebrate the suffer and pain you have gone through for the past 15 years with your family and friends.

For that I would have to thank my ever loving family...

My ever supportive mum and dad...

My ever reliable determination and memory...

My friends who has always been there...

The ceremony itself was as boring as my biochemistry lectures. But seeing the light and the smile in every newly grads faces was just great. Although I still don't understand why someone would spent years and years researching the effects of diet-taking and physical activity on Ukranian Australians just to get a PhD. Ukranian Australians? Why not just Australians? Most prob someone already did the same research with Australians. Maybe I should do the same research with Malaysian-Australians just to get a PhD. Nooooo..someone prob did that too! Perhaps I should try Liechtensteiner-Australians...

Receiving my BSc (Melb) from the Chancellor..Apparently including (Melb) after your degree will show some 'prestigousness' to it

Finally I did the leap...the leap of joy...the leap of relief....and the leap to a new chapter of my life!

What A Record!

Hehehe...It's been more than a month! How slack of me? I see this page every freaking day yet I couldn't be bothered to do something about it!

Well well well...what's been happening for the past one month? Honestly....heaps and heaps and I just couldn't recall. Was CNY a month ago? No...it was more than a month ago? I just lost count of time considering that I don't have uni plus I'm totally jobless and aimless at the moment.

Let's recap the few main things..

1. I've finally lodged my PR (same day as CC....how slack of her cos she finished in dec and i just finished a month ago)...fingers crossed that it won't take forever

2. I've finally got my first and last H1 at uni...hopefully more to come in RMIT

3. I finished the bar course but I'm still jobless!

Well, my parents are here for my graduation. Mum's staying till mid April and dad's staying till first week of April. My mum's been here for only a week and we have been to Crown Casino twice already!!! LOL...and I wasn't the one that wanted to go. Hehehe...guess where it all came from ey! Hahaha....so far so good...been twice and won twice...not much but a win is still a win!

And one more thing...I'm SICK of shopping already! Everyday we just shop, shop and shop! Geez...my back is actually aching at the moment!
